饲粮中添加姜黄素和二十二碳六烯酸对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状、肉品质及血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加姜黄素和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状、肉品质及血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响.选取日龄相近、平均体重为(90.76± 0.45)kg的"杜×长×大"三元杂交猪54头,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复9头猪.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加0.03%的姜黄素和2.5%的DHA.预试期7 d,正试期40d.结果表明:1)与对照组相比,试验组的终末体重和平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),平均日采食量和料重比显著降低(P<0.05).2)与对照组相比,试验组的背膘厚显著降低(P<0.05),眼肌面积显著增加(P<0.05);肌肉滴水损失显著降低(P<0.05),肌内脂肪含量显著增加(P<0.05).3)与对照组相比,试验组的背最长肌甘氨酸、脯氨酸、棕榈油酸(C16∶1)和硬脂酸(C18∶0)含量显著增加(P<0.05),肌球蛋白重链Ⅱa(MyHCⅡa)、肌球蛋白重链Ⅱx(MyHCⅡx)和固醇调控元件结合蛋白1(SREBP1)的mRNA相对表达水平显著升高(P<0.05).4)与对照组相比,试验组的血清甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量显著下降(P<0.05);血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力显著增加(P<0.05),血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);血清免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M和白细胞介素-4含量显著增加(P<0.05),血清谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05).由此可见,饲粮中添加姜黄素和DHA能提高育肥期"杜×长×大"三元杂交猪的饲料利用率,改善肉品质,并提升血清脂质代谢、抗氧化及免疫能力.
Effects of Dietary Curcumin and Docosahexaenoic Acid on Growth Performance,Carcass Traits,Meat Quality and Serum Biochemical,Antioxidant and Immune Indexes of Finishing Pigs
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of effects of dietary curcumin and docosa-hexaenoic acid(DHA)on growth performance,carcass traits,meat quality and serum biochemical,antioxi-dant and immune indexes of finishing pigs.Fifty-four"Duroc×Landrace×Large"ternary pigs with similar days of age and average body weight of(90.76±0.45)kg were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates per group and 9 pigs per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the experimental group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.03%curcumin and 2.5%DHA.The pre-feeding period was 7 days and the for-mal period was 40 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the final body weight and average daily gain of the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the aver-age daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio were significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the con-trol group,the backfat thickness of the experimental group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the eye muscle area was significantly increased(P<0.05);the muscle drip loss was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the intramuscular fat content was significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the contents of glycine,proline,palmitoleic acid(C16:1)and stearic acid(C18:0)in longissimus dorsi of the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the mRNA relative expression lev-els of myosin heavy chain Ⅱa(MyHCⅡa),myosin heavy chain Ⅱx(MyHCⅡx)and sterol regulatory ele-ment binding protein 1(SREBP1)were significantly increased(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the contents of triglycerides and total cholesterol in serum of the experimental group were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the serum glutathione peroxidase,superoxide dismutase activities and total antioxidant capacity were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde content was significantly de-creased(P<0.05);the contents of immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin M and interleukin-4 in serum were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in serum were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of curcumin and DHA in the diet can improve the feed utilization and meat quality of"Duroc×Landrace×Large"ternary pigs during fattening pe-riod,as well as enhance the serum lipid metabolism,antioxidant and immune ability.[Chinese Journal of Ani-mal Nutrition,2024,36(3):1537-1548]
