裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清炎症细胞因子含量及肠道菌群结构的影响

本试验旨在研究裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖对仔猪生长性能、血清炎症细胞因子含量及肠道菌群结构的影响,为裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖的开发和应用提供依据.选取150头40日龄左右、体重[(13.06±0.26)kg]相近的"杜洛克×长白×大白猪"三元杂断奶仔猪,随机分为5个组,每组5个重复,每个重复6头猪.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加50、100、150 mg/kg的裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖及100 mg/kg的酵母β-1,3-葡聚糖.预试期3 d,正试期28 d.结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加100 mg/kg的裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖显著提高了断奶仔猪平均日采食量和平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低了料重比(P<0.05).2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加50、100、150 mg/kg的裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖及100 mg/kg的酵母β-1,3-葡聚糖显著提高了血清白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量(P<0.05).3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加50 mg/kg的裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖显著提高了软壁菌门(Tenericutes)相对丰度(P<0.05),饲粮中添加50和100 mg/kg的裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖显著提高了乳杆菌科(Lactoba-cillaceae)相对丰度(P<0.05),饲粮中添加50和150 mg/kg的裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖显著降低了瘤胃球菌属(Ruminococcus)相对丰度(P<0.05).4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加100 mg/kg的裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖显著提高了 Chao1指数(P<0.05),饲粮中添加150 mg/kg的裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖显著降低了 Simpson指数(P<0.05).Beta多样性分析发现,饲粮中添加100 mg/kg裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖组与对照组物种相似性最高.由此可见,饲粮中添加适量裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖能提高断奶仔猪生长性能,降低炎症反应,改善肠道菌群多样性和结构.本试验条件下,饲粮中添加100 mg/kg裸藻β-1,3-葡聚糖效果最好.
Effects of Euglena gracilis β-1,3-Glucan on Growth Performance,Serum Inflammatory Cytokine Contents and Intestinal Flora Structure of Weaned Piglets
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan on growth per-formance,serum inflammatory cytokine contents and intestinal flora structure of weaned piglets,and to provide evidence for the development and application of Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan.A total of 150 forty-day-old DurocxLandracexLarge White weaned piglets with similar body weight of(13.06±0.26)kg were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 6 pigs per replicate.The control group was fed a basal di-et,and the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 50,100 and 150 mg/kg Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan and 100 mg/kg yeast β-1,3-glucan,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 3 days,and the experimental period lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary 100 mg/kg Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan significantly increased the average daily feed intake and average daily gain(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary 50,100 and 150 mg/kg Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan and 100 mg/kg yeast β-1,3-glucan significantly increased the contents of interleukin-1,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in serum(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,dietary 50 mg/kg Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan significantly increased the Tenericutes relative abundance(P<0.05),dietary 50 and 100 mg/kg Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan significantly increased the Lactobacillaceae relative abundance(P<0.05),and dietary 50 and 150 mg/kg Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan significantly decreased the Ruminococcus relative a-bundance(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,dietary 100 mg/kg Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan significantly increased the Chao1 index(P<0.05),and dietary 150 mg/kg Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan sig-nificantly decreased the Simpson index(P<0.05).The Beta diversity analysis showed that dietary 100 mg/kg Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan group had the most species similarity to the control group.In conclusion,dietary appropriate Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan can promote growth performance,reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve intestinal flora diversity and structure of weaned piglets.Under the conditions of this experiment,dietary 100 mg/kg Euglena gracilis β-1,3-glucan has the best effect.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(3):1588-1598]
