利用套算法和强饲法评定籽粒苋茎叶粉肉鸡表观代谢能

本试验旨在利用套算法和强饲法评定籽粒苋茎叶粉肉鸡表观代谢能(AME).套算法试验选用1日龄健康的罗斯308白羽肉鸡144只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡.代谢试验分为2个阶段:19~21日龄和40~42日龄.代谢试验期间,对照组100%饲喂基础饲粮,30%替代组饲喂70%基础饲粮+30%籽粒苋茎叶粉,50%替代组饲喂50%基础饲粮+50%籽粒苋茎叶粉.分别用全收粪法和指示剂法测定籽粒苋茎叶粉AME.强饲法试验选用42日龄健康的罗斯308白羽肉鸡10只,随机分为5个重复,每个重复2只鸡.试验鸡强饲籽粒苋茎叶粉,按照48 h排空-强饲-48 h收集排泄物的程序进行.结果表明:1)对比不同方法测定的籽粒苋茎叶粉AME发现,强饲法测定的籽粒苋茎叶粉AME显著低于套算法(P<0.05),全收粪法和指示剂法测定的籽粒苋茎叶粉AME无显著差异(P>0.05).2)套算法中30%替代比例与50%替代比例测定的籽粒苋茎叶粉AME无显著差异(P>0.05),但30%替代比例测定的籽粒苋茎叶粉AME高于50%替代比例.由此可知,本试验条件下,建议使用套算法中的指示剂法测定籽粒苋茎叶粉肉鸡AME,适宜替代比例为30%,在此条件下测得19~21日龄肉鸡籽粒苋茎叶粉AME为3.65 MJ/kg,40~42日龄肉鸡籽粒苋茎叶粉AME为3.77 MJ/kg.
Apparent Metabolizable Energy of Amaranthus hypochondriacus Stem and Leaf Powder in Broilers Evaluated by Substitution Method and Force-Feeding Method
The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the apparent metabolizable energy(AME)of Amaran-thus hypochondriacus stem and leaf powder in broilers by using the substitution method and force-feeding meth-od.In the substitution method test,a total of 144 healthy 1-day-old Ross 308 white broilers were randomly di-vided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 8 chickens per replicate.The metabolism test was divided into two stages:19 to 21 days of age and 40 to 42 days of age.During the metabolism test,the control group was fed the 100%basal diet,the 30%substitute group was fed 70%basal diet+30%Amaranthus hypochondri-acus stem and leaf powder,and the 50%substitute group was fed 50%basal diet+50%Amaranthus hypochon-driacus stem and leaf powder.The AME of Amaranthus hypochondriacus stem and leaf powder was determined by total collect method and indicator method,respectively.In the force-feeding test,ten healthy 42-day-old Ross 308 white broilers were randomly divided into 5 replicates with 2 chickens per replicate.The broilers were forced-fed Amaranthus hypochondriacus stem and leaf powder,respectively,and were subjected to the proce-dure of emptying for 48 h,forced-feeding for 48 h and collecting excreta.The results showed as follows:1)compared the AME of Amaranthus hypochondriacus stem and leaf powder measured by different methods,the AME of Amaranthus hypochondriacus stem and leaf powder measured by the force-feeding method was signifi-cantly lower than that by the substitution method(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in AME of Amaranthus hypochondriacus stem and leaf powder between total collect method and indicator method(P>0.05).2)There was no significant difference in AME of Amaranthus hypochondriacus stem and leaf powder between 30%substitution ratio and 50%substitution ratio(P>0.05),but the AME of Amaranthus hypochon-driacus stem and leaf powder of 30%substitution ratio was higher than that of 50%substitution ratio.In con-clusion,under the conditions of this test,it is suggested to use the indicator method in the substitution method to determine the AME of Amaranthus hypochondriacus stem and leaf powder in broilers,and the suitable sub-stitution ratio is 30%,under these conditions measured the AME of Amaranthus hypochondriacus stem and leaf powder for broilers during 19 to 21 days of age is 3.65 MJ/kg,and AME of Amaranthus hypochondriacus stem and leaf powder for broilers during 40 to 42 days of age is 3.77 MJ/kg.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nu-trition,2024,36(3):2022-2030]
