The aim of this study was to establish an analysis method for the simultaneous determination of 11 organic acids contents in organic acidifiers.After extraction,the organic acids of sample were eluted equiva-lently with a 0.5 mmol/L sulfuric acid aqueous solution∶acetone∶acetonitrile=84∶6∶10 eluent,the separation was performed on an Organic Acids 250/7.8 analytical column,the column temperature was set as 30 ℃,at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min,the injection volume was 20 μL,and detected by conductivity detection and quanti-fied by external standard method.The results showed that the calibration curves for the 11 organic acids had good linearity in the linear ranges(R2 ≥0.999 4),and the limit of detection were in the range of 0.01 to 0.11 mg/L.The adding standard recoveries of 11 organic acids were 92.9%to 112.2%with three different supplemental levels,and the relative standard deviation was less than 2.4%.The method is simple and effec-tive,with high precision and accuracy and wide linear range,and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 11 organic acids in organic acidifier.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(3):2031-2040]
