本试验旨在研究饲粮添加姜黄粉对黄羽肉鸡生产性能和免疫性能的影响.试验选用320羽1日龄黄羽肉鸡,随机分成4组,每组8个重复,每个重复10羽.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加150 mg/kg姜黄素(姜黄素组)、5 g/kg姜黄粉(0.5%姜黄粉组)和10 g/kg姜黄粉(1.0%姜黄粉组),其中姜黄粉组饲粮用姜黄粉替代等量的谷壳糠.试验期70 d.结果表明:1)与对照组相比,姜黄粉组肉鸡29~70日龄料重比显著降低(P<0.05),1.0%姜黄粉组1~70日龄料重比显著降低(P<0.05),且饲粮添加姜黄粉对屠宰性能、肌肉剪切力和肉色无显著影响(P>0.05).2)与对照组相比,0.5%姜黄粉组肉鸡肌肉必需氨基酸、总氨基酸和总脂肪酸含量显著提高(P<0.05).3)与对照组相比,饲粮添加姜黄粉可显著提高肉鸡胸腺指数、血清禽流感抗体含量以及血清免疫球蛋白、补体、白细胞介素、干扰素-γ和溶菌酶含量(P<0.05).4)与对照组相比,饲粮添加姜黄粉可显著下调肉鸡免疫器官核因子-κB(NF-κB)、转化生长因子β活化激酶1(TAK1)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05).综上所述,饲粮添加姜黄粉能降低黄羽肉鸡料重比,促进其生长;提高肉品质,提升其营养价值;调节NF-κB信号通路相关基因的表达,减轻炎症,调节黄羽肉鸡免疫性能,提高其生产性能.
Effects of Dietary Turmeric Powder on Performance and Immune Performance of Yellow-Feathered Broilers
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary turmeric powder on performance and immune performance of yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 320 yellow-feathered broilers of 1-day-old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 replicates per group and 10 broilers per replicate.The broilers in the con-trol group were fed a basal diet,and the others in the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemen-ted with 150 mg/kg curcumin(curcumin group),5 g/kg turmeric powder(0.5%turmeric powder group)and 10 g/kg turmeric powder(1.0%turmeric powder group),respectively.The broilers in the turmeric pow-der groups were fed the same amount of turmeric powder instead of chaff.The experiment lasted for 70 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the ratio of feed to gain of broilers from 29 to 70 days of age in turmeric powder groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the ratio of feed to gain of broilers from 1 to 70 days of age in 1.0%turmeric powder group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and dietary turmeric powder had no significant effects on slaughter performance,muscle shear force and meat color(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the contents of essential amino acids,total amino acids and total fatty acids in muscle of broilers in 0.5%turmeric powder group were significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,dietary turmeric powder significantly increased thymus index,se-rum avian influenza antibody content,and serum contents of immunoglobulin,complement,interleukin,inter-feron-γ and lysozyme of broilers(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,dietary turmeric powder significantly decreased the mRNA relative expression levels of nuclear factor-KB(NF-κB),transforming growth factor β-activated kinase 1(TAKA),interleukin-1 β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in immune organs of broilers(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary turmeric powder can reduce the feed to gain ratio and promote the growth of yellow-feathered broilers;improve meat quality,and enhance its nutritional value;regulate the expression of genes related to NF-κB signaling pathway,reduce inflamma-tion,regulate immune performance and improve performance of yellow-feathered broilers.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(4):2303-2317]
