棉秸秆在反刍动物生产中饲料化应用的研究进展

随着我国畜牧业的发展,粗饲料供给不足已经成为影响牛羊产业发展的重要因素之一.作为农业副产物之一的秸秆资源,棉秸秆营养物质种类较为丰富,其中一部分营养物质可以被牛羊吸收利用,将棉秸秆资源进行饲料化利用对缓解棉花主产区反刍动物饲草不足的问题具有重要的现实意义.我国棉秸秆资源较为丰富,但由于其质地坚硬、适口性差、难以加工处理等原因,生产中的饲料化利用长期以放牧利用为主,实际利用率较低.随着现代畜牧业的快速发展和饲草加工与利用技术的不断进步,多元化预处理技术的应用改善了棉秸秆的饲料品质,饲料利用效率大幅提升,有效促进了棉秸秆饲料化利用进程.本文总结了棉秸秆中营养物质含量及饲料特性,并对棉秸秆的饲料安全性、加工处理方式及其在反刍动物生产中的应用等方面进行了综述,以期为棉秸秆在反刍动物饲粮中的科学应用提供参考.
Research Progress on Feed Application of Cotton Straw in Ruminant Production
With the development of animal husbandry in China,the lack of roughage supply has become one of the important factors affecting the development of cattle and sheep industry.As one of the agricultural by-prod-ucts,cotton straw is rich in nutrients,some of which can be absorbed and utilized by cattle and sheep.The feed utilization of cotton straw resources has important practical significance to alleviate the shortage of forage for ruminants in the main cotton producing areas.China's cotton straw resources are relatively rich,but be-cause of its hard texture,poor palatability,difficult to process and other reasons,the forage utilization in pro-duction is mainly used for grazing for a long time,and the actual utilization rate is low.With the rapid develop-ment of modern animal husbandry and the continuous progress of forage processing and utilization technology,the application of diversified pretreatment technology has improved the feed quality of cotton straw,greatly in-creased the feed utilization efficiency,and effectively promoted the feed utilization process of cotton straw.In this paper,the nutrient content and feed characteristics of cotton straw were summarized,and the feed safety,processing methods and application of cotton straw in ruminant production were reviewed,so as to provide ref-erence for the scientific application of cotton straw in ruminant diets.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(5):2761-2772]
