核因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路对于调节炎症反应至关重要.Toll样受体4(TLR4)是脂多糖(LPS)的一个主要靶标,可诱导NF-κB的激活.NF-κB活化促进NF-κB抑制蛋白(IκB)磷酸化,导致NF-κB亚基(p65)易位到细胞核中,与靶标基因的启动子区域结合,并诱导促炎细胞因子转录.本文综述了NF-κB的激活和调控机制,并阐明NF-κB在LPS诱导的奶牛乳腺炎和子宫内膜炎中的调节作用,为奶牛乳腺炎和子宫内膜炎预防和治疗提供进一步的探索和创新.
Mechanism of Nuclear Factor-Kappa B in Mastitis and Endometritis of Dairy Cows
Nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathway is critical for regulating inflammatory respon-ses.A major target of lipopolysaccharide(LPS),Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)induces the activation of NF-κB.Activation of NF-κB promotes phosphorylation of inhibitor of NF-κB(IκB),resulting in translocation of NF-κB subunit(p65)into the nucleus,binding to the promoter region of the target gene,and inducing tran-scription of cellular pro-inflammatory factors.This article reviewed the activation and regulation mechanism of NF-κB,and elucidated the regulatory role of NF-κB in LPS-induced mastitis and endometritis in dairy cows,providing further exploration and innovation for the prevention and treatment of mastitis and endometritis in dairy cows.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(5):2773-2781]
