摘要

N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG)作为一种新型的饲料添加剂,在牛、羊的营养调控中具有重要作用,主要表现在提高奶牛血浆一氧化氮(NO)含量、增加瘤胃微生物多样性、改善乳品质,增强奶牛机体抗氧化能力;改善公牛肉品质、降低尿氮和血液中尿素氮和氨的浓度,促进氨的排出和氨基酸的合成;提高绵羊的产羔率、改善限饲湖羊胎儿的肝脏炎症;促进哺乳山羊羔羊生长发育等方面.本文综述了饲粮中添加NCG对牛、羊生长性能、繁殖性能、免疫调节、泌乳性能和机体抗氧化影响的研究进展,讨论了基于牛、羊不同生产性能需求添加NCG的剂量选择策略,为应用NCG提高牛、羊的生产性能提供参考.

Abstract

As a new feed additive,N-carbamylglutamate(NCG)plays an important role in nutrient regulation of cattle and sheep,mainly by increasing plasma nitric oxide(NO)content,increasing rumen microbial diver-sity,improving dairy quality and enhancing antioxidant capacity of dairy cows.Improve the quality of male beef,reduce the concentration of urea nitrogen and ammonia in urine and blood,promote the discharge of am-monia and the synthesis of amino acids;increase lambing rate of sheep and improve liver inflammation of fetu-ses of restricted feeding Hu sheep;promote the growth and development of lactating goats and lambs.This pa-per proceeds as follow,the effects of dietary NCG on growth performance,immune regulation,reproductive performance,lactation performance and anti-oxidation of cattle and sheep were reviewed,and discussed the dose-selection strategy of adding NCG based on different performance requirements of animals,so as to pro-vide references for farmers to apply NCG to improve the performance of cattle and sheep.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(5):2782-2792]
