摘要
呼吸商是动物呼吸测热过程中必不可少的一个测定指标,其不但可以检验呼吸测热装置的准确性,而且可以验证动物机体内营养物质的氧化情况.然而,由于检测仪器、饲粮类型、动物种类以及环境因素等都会对呼吸商产生一定影响,这影响了动物呼吸测热的准确性.因此,本文主要介绍了呼吸商的定义、意义及计算方法,并阐述了动物、环境、呼吸室及饲粮等因素对呼吸商的影响,同时总结了呼吸商在动物生产中的应用情况,以期为动物呼吸测热过程中更好地应用呼吸商这一指标提供参考.
Abstract
Respiration quotient is an essential index in the process of animal respiration calorimetry,which can not only test the accuracy of respiration calorimetry device,but also verify the oxidation of nutrients in animal body.However,due to the detection equipment,diet type,animal species and environmental factors will have a certain impact on the respiratory quotient,affecting the accuracy of animal respiratory calorimetry.Therefore,this paper mainly introduces the definition,significance and calculation method of respiratory quotient,and ex-pounds the influence of animals,environment,respiratory chamber and diets on respiratory quotient.At the same time,it summarizes the application of respiratory quotient in animal production,in order to provide a bet-ter reference for the application of respiratory quotient in the process of animal respiratory calorimetry.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(5):2872-2885]
