摘要
短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)指碳链上碳原子数在1~6之间的一类饱和有机酸.本文全面阐述了SCFAs的来源,重点关注SCFAs的生物学功能研究进展,归纳了SCFAs对机体供能、维持肠道和神经系统健康、降低血压以及预防肥胖方面的作用机制,为后续SCFAs在营养学领域的研究与应用提供理论依据.
Abstract
Short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)refer to a class of saturated organic acids with the number of car-bon atoms in the carbon chain between 1 and 6.This article comprehensively expounds the sources of SCFAs,focuses on the research progress of the biological function of SCFAs,and summarizes the mechanism of action on energy supply,maintenance of intestinal and nervous system health,reduction of blood pressure and preven-tion of obesity,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent research and application of SCFAs in the field of nutrition.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(6):3514-3524]
