南极磷虾粉是目前我国南极磷虾产业的主要产品之一,在南极磷虾产业中占据重要地位.品质是影响南极磷虾粉商品价值和利用价值的主要因素.目前国内尚缺乏专业的、科学的南极磷虾粉品质评价方法和指标,导致国产南极磷虾粉品质参差不齐,严重制约了我国南极磷虾产业的发展.本文分析和对比了现有的鱼粉和南极磷虾粉品质评价方法和指标,总结了南极磷虾粉品质评价的特征指标,并探讨了南极磷虾粉快速检测技术,旨在为促进中国南极磷虾粉的品质评价体系和分级体系标准化建设提供参考.
Research Progress in Quality Evaluation of Antarctic Krill Meal
Antarctic krill meal is one of the main products of Antarctic krill industry and holds an important po-sition in Antarctic krill industry of China.Quality is the main factor that affects the commercial and utilized val-ue of Antarctic krill meal.At present,the lack of professional and scientific quality evaluation methods and in-dexes of Antarctic krill meal in China result in the result of quality evaluation of Antarctic krill meal from dif-ferent sources is unevenness,which seriously restricts the development of Antarctic krill industry of China.This article compared and analyzed the quality evaluation methods and indexes of fish meal and Antarctic krill meal,summarized the quality evaluation characteristic indexes of Antarctic krill meal,and discussed rapid detection technologies of Antarctic krill meal,in order to provide reference for promoting the standardization construction of quality evaluation system and grading system of Antarctic krill meal in China.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(6):3543-3553]
