摘要
山苍子精油是从山苍子的果实、叶、花、枝、根等部位中提取的天然植物挥发油,具有抑菌、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等多种生物学功能,现已成为生物、医学和农业领域的研究热点.本文综述了山苍子精油的主要活性成分和生理功能的研究进展,旨在为山苍子精油在动物养殖及饲料加工领域的开发和应用提供参考.
Abstract
Litsea cubeba essential oil is a natural plant volatile oil extracted from various parts of the fruit,leaves,flowers,branches,roots,et al of Litsea cubeba.It has many biological functions such as antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor,and has become a research highlight in the fields of biology,medicine and agriculture.In this paper,the main bioactive components and physiological functions of Litsea cubeba essential oil and its application in animal production were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the development and application of Litsea cubeba essential oil in animal nutrition and feed processing.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(6):3554-3562]
