石粉添加比例对玉米-豆粕混合粉料理化性质及颗粒质量的影响

本试验旨在研究添加不同比例石粉对玉米-豆粕混合粉料理化性质及颗粒质量的影响.将玉米和豆粕粉碎后按质量比例6:4混合,并分别添加0(对照组)、1%、2%、3%、4%的石粉(饲料级),测定添加不同比例石粉的混合粉料的粉体特性、水合特性、糊化特性等理化特性和制粒后的颗粒质量.结果显示:1)与对照组相比,4个试验组的摩擦角和休止角显著减小(P<0.05),松装密度和振实密度显著升高(P<0.05),豪斯纳(Hausner)指数显著降低(P<0.05).2)石粉添加比例对混合粉料的水溶性指数、吸水性指数和溶胀度均无显著影响(P>0.05).3)混合粉料的峰值黏度、保持黏度、崩解值、回生值和最终黏度随着石粉添加比例的增加先降低后趋于稳定,2%、3%和4%组之间上述指标均没有显著差异(P>0.05);糊化温度各组之间无显著变化(P>0.05).4)与对照组相比,4个试验组的吨料电耗、淀粉糊化度、颗粒耐久性(PDI)均显著降低(P<0.05),生产速率显著升高(P<0.05),成形率无显著差异(P>0.05);随着石粉添加比例的增加,硬度逐渐降低,且3%和4%组显著低于对照组(P<0.05).综上所述,石粉对提高混合粉料的流动性和制粒机产能有促进作用,同时还能降低饲料生产的吨料电耗,但会造成颗粒饲料的淀粉糊化度、硬度和PDI降低.在实际生产中,在满足颗粒质量和动物营养需求的条件下,可以适量添加石粉以提高制粒机的产能.
Effects of Limestone Powder Adding Proportion on Physicochemical Properties and Particle Quality of Corn-Soybean Meal Mash Feed
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different adding proportions of limestone powder on the physicochemical properties and particle quality of corn-soybean meal mash feed.Corn and soy-bean meal were mixed at a mass ratio of 6:4 after grounded,and 0(control group),1%,2%,3%,4% of limestone powder(feed grade)were added to determine the physicochemical properties such as powder proper-ties,hydration properties,and pasting properties of the feed mash with different proportions of limestone pow-der and the particle quality of feed pellet.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the friction angle and the repose angle of four experimental groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the apparent density and the tap density were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the Hausner index was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)The adding proportion of limestone powder had no significant effects on the water solubility index,water absorption index and swelling degree of mash feed(P>0.05).3)The peak viscosity,through viscosity,breakdown value,setback value and final viscosity of mash feed de-creased firstly and then tended to stabilize with the increase of the adding proportion of limestone powder,and there was no significant difference in the above indicators among the 2%,3% and 4% groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the pasting temperature among groups(P>0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the power consumption per ton of material,pellet durability index(PDI)and starch gelatiniza-tion degree of the four experimental groups were significantly(P<0.05),and the production rate was signifi-cantly increased(P<0.05),while the pelleting rate had no significant change(P>0.05);with the increase of the adding proportion of limestone powder,the hardness decreased gradually,and the hardness of 3%and 4%groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,limestone powder has a promotional effect on improving the fluidity of the mash feed and the production capacity of granulator,and can also reduce the power consumption per ton of material,however,the starch gelatinization degree,hardness and PDI of pellet feed will be reduced.This study Provide reference data for actual feed production.In actual production,under the condition of meeting the particle quality and animal nutrition needs,limestone powder can be added appropriately to improve the production capacity of the granulator.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(6):4062-4069]
