摘要
油橄榄副产物是油橄榄榨油后得到的产品,含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、膳食纤维和粗蛋白质等营养物质,以及含有酚类、黄酮、三萜类和维生素等天然生物活性物质.油橄榄副产物作为猪饲料原料能够提升猪的生长性能,增强机体的免疫和抗氧化能力,改善肉产品品质.油橄榄副产物在猪饲粮中应用日渐增多,但其应用前景仍有待深入探究.本文综述了油橄榄副产物的营养成分和活性物质及其对猪饲用价值的研究进展,旨在为油橄榄副产物在猪饲粮中的应用研究提供参考.
Abstract
Olive by-products are the products obtained after olive oil extraction,which contain rich nutrients such as unsaturated fatty acids,dietary fiber and crude protein,as well as natural bioactive substances such as phenols,flavonoids,triterpenes and vitamins.Olive by-products as pig feed raw materials can improve the growth performance of pigs,enhance the immune and antioxidant capacity of the body,and improve the quali-ty of meat products.Olive by-products are increasingly used in pig diets,but their application prospects are still to be further explored.In this paper,the nutritional components and active substances of olive by-products and their feeding value to pigs were reviewed,aiming to provide reference for the application of olive by-products in pig diets.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(7):4116-4125]
