摘要
小麦麸粗蛋白质和纤维含量较高,是畜禽饲粮中常见的能量、蛋白质和纤维来源.在实际生产中,小麦麸可替代部分玉米、豆粕应用于猪、禽饲粮中,然而小麦麸因其品种、来源、加工方式、抗营养因子含量等的不同,其营养价值变异较大,会影响猪、鸡饲粮的精准配制.因此,本文主要就小麦麸的营养价值、抗营养因子含量以及在猪、鸡饲粮中的应用作一综述,为小麦麸的合理应用提供参考.
Abstract
Wheat bran,with its high content of crude protein and fiber,is a common source of energy,protein and fiber in livestock and poultry diets.In actual production,wheat bran can replace some corn and soybean meal in pig and poultry diets.However,due to different varieties,sources,processing methods and contents of anti-nutritional factors,wheat bran has great variation in nutritional value,which will affect the precise formu-lation of pig and chicken diets.Therefore,the nutritional value and anti-nutritional factor contents of wheat bran and its application in pig and chicken diets were reviewed in this paper,so as to provide reference for ra-tional application of wheat bran[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(7):4172-4182]
