秸秆饲料化过程中木质素生物降解的研究进展

我国秸秆资源丰富但饲料化占比低,秸秆木质纤维素尤其是其中的木质素难以被动物体消化利用是影响秸秆饲料化进程的关键制约因素之一.生物降解木质素提升秸秆的营养价值是一种绿色、经济、可用于生产的促进秸秆饲料化方式.本文综述了秸秆木质素的化学成分及作用、木质素降解微生物及相关降解酶、木质素的生物发酵降解相关研究以及在动物养殖中的应用,以期为秸秆饲料化生产提供参考.
Research Progress on Biodegradation of Lignin in Process of Straw Feed
Straw resources are abundant in China,but the proportion of straw used as feed is low.Straw ligno-cellulose,especially the lignin in it'is difficult to be digested and utilized by animals,which is one of the key constraints affecting the process of straw as feed.Improving the nutritional value of straw by biodegrading lig-nin is a green,economical,and production-ready way to promote straw as feed.In this paper,the chemical composition and function of straw lignin,lignin-degrading microorganisms and related degrading enzymes,the biofermentation and degradation of lignin and its application in animal breeding were reviewed,in order to pro-vide a reference for the production of straw as feed.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(8):4782-4794]
