摘要
植物类黄酮作为多酚类天然化合物具有一定的抑菌、消炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等生物学功能,能够调节机体的免疫力,具有类雌激素样作用.植物类黄酮常用于人的药品和功能性食品领域,作为一类绿色新型饲料添加剂在畜禽生产中也得到了推广应用.本文仅就植物类黄酮的结构、分类、生理功能及其在家禽生产中的应用进行综述.
Abstract
As a class of polyphenolic natural compounds,plant flavonoids have certain biological functions such as antibacterial,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,etc.,which can regulate the body's immunity and have estrogen-like effects,and commonly used in the field of pharmaceuticals and func-tional foods.At present,as a new type of green additive,it applied in livestock and poultry production.This article is only about plant flavonoids structure,classification,physiological functions,and its application in poultry production are reviewed.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(9):5468-5478]
