摘要

黏蛋白(Muc)2是组成肠道黏液屏障的主要成分,糖基化修饰是Muc2发挥作用的决定性因素,同时肠道共生菌是影响糖基化程度的重要影响因素.糖基化修饰决定Muc2的构象和理化特性、保护Muc2的完整性并且影响肠道共生菌的定植,反过来肠道共生菌可以调节Muc2等Muc的糖基化修饰.本文将重点介绍肠道共生菌和Muc2糖基化修饰的互作机制及其营养调控,旨在为仔猪肠道Muc2糖基化修饰的营养干预及相关研究提供参考.

Abstract

Mucin(Muc)2 is the main component of intestinal mucus barrier.Glycosylation modification is the decisive factor of Muc2,and intestinal symbiosis is an important factor affecting the degree of glycosylation.Glycosylation modification determines the conformational and physicochemical properties of Muc2,protects the integrity of Muc2,and affects the colonization of intestinal symbiotic bacteria,which in turn can regulate the glycosylation modification of Muc such as Muc2.This paper focuses on the interaction mechanism and nutri-tional regulation of intestinal symbiotic bacteria and Muc2 glycosylation modification,aiming to provide theo-retical basis for nutritional intervention and related studies of intestinal Muc2 glycosylation modification in pig-lets.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(9):5523-5534]
