补喂腺苷对伊犁马运动性能、血液载氧能力和抗氧化能力的影响

本试验旨在探究补喂腺苷对伊犁马运动性能、血液载氧能力和抗氧化能力的影响.选取年龄为2岁、经过严格训练、2 000 m速度赛成绩相近的伊犁马12匹,平均体重为(389.96±34.22)kg,随机分为2组,每组6匹(5公1母).对照组马匹每天饲喂精料补充料6 kg,千牧草8 kg;试验组马匹在对照组基础上每天补喂12 g的腺苷.试验期35 d.结果表明:1)补喂腺苷对伊犁马2 000 m速度赛成绩无显著影响(P>0.05).2)与对照组相比,补喂腺苷显著提高了伊犁马赛后即刻血液血红蛋白浓度(P<0.05),对血液红细胞数目、氧分压和二氧化碳分压无显著影响(P>0.05).3)与对照组相比,补喂腺苷显著降低了伊犁马赛前2 h和赛后即刻血浆肌酸激酶(CK)活性(P<0.05),对血浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性无显著影响(P>0.05).4)与对照组相比,补喂腺苷显著降低了伊犁马赛后即刻血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05),显著提高了赛前2 h血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、赛前2 h和赛后即刻血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及赛前2 h、赛后即刻和赛后2 h血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05).由此可见,在本试验条件下,每天补喂12 g腺苷降低了 2 000 m速度赛伊犁马血浆CK活性,提高了血液血红蛋白浓度以及机体抗氧化能力,但对伊犁马2 000 m速度赛成绩没有影响.
Effects of Adenosine Supplementation on Athletic Performance,Blood Oxygen Carrying Capacity and Antioxidant Capacity of Yili Horses
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of adenosine supplementation on athletic per-formance,blood oxygen carrying capacity and antioxidant capacity of Yili horses.Twelve 2-year-old strictly trained Yili horses with average body weight of(384.9±33.98)kg and 2 000 m speed race results were select-ed and randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 horses in each group(5 male and 1 female).Horses in the con-trol group were fed with 6 kg concentrate supplement and 8 kg dry forage per day,and others in experimental group were fed with 12 g adenosine per day based on the control group.The experiment lasted for 35 days.The results showed as follows:1)the adenosine supplementation had no significant effects on 2 000 m speed race results of Yili horses(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the adenosine supplementation signifi-cantly increased the blood hemoglobin concentration on the Immediately at post-race of Yili horses(P<0.05),but had no significant effects on the blood red blood cell count,oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide par-tial pressure(P>0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the adenosine supplementation significantly de-creased the plasma creatine kinase(CK)activity on pre-race 2 h and immediately at post-race of Yili horses(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the plasma lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activity(P>0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the adenosine supplementation significantly decreased the plasma malondial-dehyde(MDA)content on immediately at post-race of Yili horses(P<0.05),significantly increased the plas-ma superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity on pre-race 2 h,the plasma glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activi-ty on pre-race 2 h and immediately at post-race and the plasma total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)on pre-race 2 h,immediately at post-race and post-race 2 h(P<0.05).In conclusion,under these experimental condi-tions,the daily supplementation of 12 g adenosine can decrease the plasma CK activity of 2 000 m speed race of Yili horses,increase the blood hemoglobin concentration and body antioxidant capacity,but has no signifi-cant effects on 2 000 m speed race results of Yili horses.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(9):5848-5859]
