基于数据挖掘探讨中药防治黄曲霉菌感染的用药规律

本研究基于网络药理学等数据挖掘方法探究中药干预黄曲霉菌感染的用药规律.通过 GeneCards数据库获得并筛选黄曲霉菌感染潜在靶点,同时在中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)筛选口服生物利用度≥30%、类药性≥0.18的候选化合物及中药,随后构建关键靶点-候选化合物-候选中药网络,并通过检索各候选中药的性、味、归经等相关信息,分析出相关用药规律.结果表明:利用数据库共筛选出69个黄曲霉菌感染相关靶点,收集到54个候选化合物,筛选到275味中药.用药频次统计结果显示,防治黄曲霉菌感染的候选中药中,苦味、寒性居多,主要归肝、肺二经.本文系统地分析了中药干预黄曲霉菌感染的小分子物质基础,归纳了 一般用药规律,可为临床治疗黄曲霉菌感染等相关疾病的新药研发及中药治疗提供一定的参考及思路.
Medication Rule of Chinese Herbs in Preventing and Treating Aspergillus flavus Infection Based on Data Mining
This study was based on data mining methods such as network pharmacology to explore the medica-tion rule of intervention of Chinese herbs in Aspergillus flavus infection.Potential targets of Aspergillus flavus infection were obtained through GeneCards database.At the same time,candidate compounds and Chinese herbs with oral bioavailability≥30%and drug class ≥0.18 were screened on the TCM System Pharmacology Technology Platform(TCMSP),and then the target-compound-TCM network was constructed,and the rele-vant medication rule were analyzed by retrieving the property,taste,meridial distribution and other relevant in-formation of each candidate Chinese herbs.The results showed that a total of 69 targets related to Aspergillus flavus infection were screened,54 candidate compounds and 275 Chinese herbs were collected.The statistics results of frequency showed that the main taste of candidate Chinese herbs that could interfere with Aspergillus flavus infection was bitter,and the drug was mostly cold,mainly attributed to liver and lung channels.This ar-ticle systematically discussed the small molecule substance basis of Chinese herbs intervention in Aspergillus fla-vus infection,summarized the general medication rule of Chinese herbs,and provided ideas for the clinical treatment of Aspergillus flavus infection and other related diseases of new drug development and Chinese herb treatment.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(9):6095-6108]
