原位尼龙袋技术的优化研究进展及建议方案

原位尼龙袋技术是评价反刍动物饲料营养价值的一种常用方法.影响此技术准确性的因素较多,且这些影响因素存在实验室之间,甚至实验室内部不统一的问题.本文针对原位尼龙袋技术在评价饲料营养价值中存在的不一致因素开展的相关试验研究进展进行综述,并就此技术评定羊饲料瘤胃蛋白质降解率的技术规程提出新的建议方案,同时为该技术在牛上的应用给出建议,为进一步研究制定相关技术规程或标准提供参考.
Research Progress and Recommendation of in Situ Nylon Bag Technique for Feed Nutritional Value Evaluation
In situ nylon bag technique was a common method to evaluate the nutritional value of feed for rumi-nant.However,there were many factors affecting the determination of feed nutritional value,and there were problems between laboratories and even in the same laboratory.The paper reviewed the progress of relevant ex-perimental studies on inconsistencies in evaluating feed nutritional value,and based on the results of these stud-ies,some new technical regulations for evaluating rumen protein degradation rate of using this in situ nylon bag technique were recommended in sheep.At the same time,suggestions were given for the application of this technology in cattle,and references were provided for further research and make standards related with in situ nylon bag technique.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(11):6801-6807]
