摘要
微量矿物元素(简称"微量元素")是动物维持机体健康所必需的营养素,在生长发育和新陈代谢等过程中发挥着至关重要的作用.近年来,有机微量元素因其具有吸收利用率高、生物学效价高、毒性低以及环保等特点而备受关注,并作为饲料添加剂使用.本文介绍了有机微量元素的定义与分类、吸收机制及其在猪生产中的研究和应用,以期为有机微量元素在生猪养殖中有效替代无机微量元素和深入研究提供参考.
Abstract
Trace mineral elements(referred to as"trace elements")are essential nutrients for animals to main-tain body health,and play a vital role in growth development and metabolism.In recent years,organic trace el-ements have attracted much attention because of their characteristics of high absorption and utilization,high bi-ological potency,low toxicity and environmental protection,and are used as feed additives.In this paper,the definition,classification,absorption mechanism,research and application of organic trace elements in pig pro-duction were introduced,in order to provide reference for organic trace elements to effectively replace inorgan-ic trace elements in pig breeding and further study.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(11):6817-6825]
