Research Advances in Fatty Liver Hemorrhagic Syndrome and Its Nutritional Regulation in Laying Hens
Fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome(FLHS)in laying hens,is a nutritional and metabolic disease that frequently occurs in laying hens during the laying peak period and laying late period, which is affected by many factors such as genetics, nutrition and environment and its pathogenesis is complex and remains unknown.FLHS is one of the major causes of death in commercial and caged laying hens and lack of available therapies and drugs. This paper systematically reviewed the pathogenesis and its related complications, common methods of model construction, and influence factors and nutritional regulation measures of FLHS in laying hens based on the research progress at home and abroad, which provide a reference for the rational prevention and treat-ment and nutritional intervention of FLHS in laying hens.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(11):6841-6852]
