Detection of Ractopamine Residues in Animal Urine by Fluorescence Method Based on Terbium Organic Framework
This experiment was conducted to establish a rapid method for the detection of β-receptor agonist ractopamine. The polynuclear lanthanide metal-organic framework was synthesized by using tricarboxylic acid as ligand and lanthanide terbium as central ion.The material exhibited a strong emission peak of terbium at 550 nm,which could be effectively quenched by ractopamine. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the logarithm of ractopamine concentration and fluorescence intensity in the range of 0.3 to 30.0 μmol/L,and the detection limit could reach 6 nmol/L;the different kinds of β-receptor agonists had lit-tle effects on the fluorescence quenching efficiency of polynuclear lanthanide metal-organic framework, which indicated that the polynuclear lanthanide metal-organic framework had good selectivity and anti-interference for ractopamine detection;the adding standard recovery rate of ractopamine in urine samples was 87.3%to 108.7%when the polynuclear lanthanide metal-organic framework was used for the detection of actual samples. Therefore, the polynuclear lanthanide metal-organic framework has a good application prospect in the detection of ractopamine.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(11):7435-7444]
