摘要
植物精油是从植物的花、叶、根、果实或种子中萃取提炼出的芳香族化合物,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化等生物学功能及来源广泛、毒副作用小、不易产生耐药性等特点,作为一种抗生素替代品广泛应用于仔猪生产中.本文从植物精油的分类、理化性质、生物学功能及其对仔猪肠道健康的影响等方面进行综述,以期为植物精油在仔猪生产中的高效应用提供参考.
Abstract
Plant essential oils are aromatic compounds extracted and refined from flowers,leaves,roots,fruits,or seeds of plants.They have many biological functions such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and antioxidant,with a wide range of sources,minimal toxic side effects,and they are not prone to developing drug resistance.As a substitute for antibiotics,they are widely used in piglet production.This article provides a review of the classification,physicochemical properties,biological functions,and effects of plant essential oils on the intestinal health of piglets,in order to provide reference for the efficient application of plant essential oils in piglet production.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(12):7493-7501]
