微藻特性及其在反刍动物生产中的应用

微藻种类丰富,富含多种营养物质,具有抗炎、抗氧化等生物学活性.在畜牧生产中,微藻可作为饲料成分替代玉米、大豆等来缓解粮食需求问题.微藻尤其富含有n-3脂肪酸,可以改善畜产品的脂肪酸谱,提高其营养价值,对于反刍动物和人类的健康都有益处.但微藻作为饲料具有一些限制,如成本高、存在安全风险、不同微藻的消化率和最适添加量不同,难以形成标准化技术应用模式等.本文对微藻的营养特性和生物学活性及其在反刍动物生产中的应用进行综述,为微藻应用于反刍动物生产提供参考.
Characteristics of Microalgae and Its Application in Ruminant Production
Microalgae is abundant in species and rich in a variety of nutrients,possessing biological activities such as anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation.In livestock production,microalgae can be used as feed ingredi-ents to alleviate the demand for grains such as corn and soybean.Particularly,microalgae is high in n-3 fatty acids,which can improve the fatty acid profile of livestock products and enhance their nutritional value,benefi-ting ruminant animals and human health.However,there are still limitations to the use of microalgae as feed,such as high cost,safety risk,different digestibility and optimal addition amounts of different microalgae,which make it challenging to establish standardized technological application models.This article provided an o-verview of the nutritional characteristics and biological activities of microalgae,as well as its application in ru-minant production,aiming to provide reference for the use of microalgae in ruminant production.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(12):7563-7572]
