摘要

姜黄素是一类从姜科姜黄属草本植物根茎中提取的黄色天然多酚类化合物,具有抗病原、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、神经和组织保护等作用.作为天然的饲料添加剂,姜黄素在反刍动物生产中具有良好的应用前景.本文对姜黄素的化学结构、提取工艺、抗炎、抗氧化、抑菌、杀虫、抗真菌、延长冷冻精子保存期及调节瘤胃微生物的研究进展进行阐述,以期为姜黄素在反刍动物生产应用中提供理论依据.

Abstract

Curcumin is a yellow natural polyphenol compound extracted from the roots and stems of herbaceous plants in the Curcuma of Curcumacea.It has functions such as anti-microbial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,immune regulation,neuroprotection and tissue protection.As a natural feed additive,curcumin has good application prospects in ruminant production.In this paper,the research progress of the chemical struc-ture,extraction process,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,bacteriostatic,insecticidal,antifungal,prolonging the preservation period of frozen spermatozoa and regulating rumen microorganisms were elaborated in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of curcumin in ruminant production.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(12):7581-7590]
