摘要

辣椒素是一种广泛存在于辣椒中的天然植物化合物.它在调控动物健康方面扮演着重要角色,对动物机体的免疫调节、抗氧化能力、缓解疼痛、瘤胃发酵和胃肠道微生物多样性等多方面具有显著影响.本综述围绕辣椒素在动物体内的调节机制及其在反刍动物生产中的应用研究进行综述,旨在深入了解辣椒素如何调控动物机体健康,并为辣椒素在反刍动物生产中的应用提供参考.

Abstract

Capsaicin is a natural plant compound widely present in pepper.It plays an important role in regula-ting animal health,such as dietary capsaicin supplementation has a significant impact on immune regulation,antioxidant capacity,pain relief,rumen fermentation and gastrointestinal microbial diversity in animal organ-ism.This review focused on the regulation mechanisms of capsaicin in animals and its application in ruminants,in order to gain a deep understanding of how capsaicin regulates animal health,and provide a reference for the application of capsaicin in ruminant production.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(12):7591-7600]
