人参多糖的理化性质、生物学作用及其在动物生产中的应用

人参多糖作为人参重要的有效成分之一,具有调节机体免疫力、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌、提高机体代谢能力等作用.近年来研究发现,除了人参根,人参茎叶、果实和花中也含有各种人参多糖等有效成分,提高了人参植物资源的利用价值.人参多糖不仅具有替代抗生素的作用,还可通过影响肠道菌群的结构,提高动物的生产性能,为动物天然饲料添加剂的选择和应用提供了原材料.本文根据近年来国内外研究,对人参多糖的理化性质、生物学作用及其在动物生产中的应用进行简要的综述,为今后对人参多糖的研究与应用提供参考.
Physicochemical Properties and Biological Effects of Ginseng Polysaccharide and Its Application in Animal Production
As one of the important effective components of ginseng,ginseng polysaccharide has the effects of regulating immunity,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-bacterial and improving body metabolism capacity.In re-cent years,studies have found that in addition to ginseng roots,ginseng stems and leaves,fruits and flowers also contain various active ingredients such as ginseng polysaccharide,which greatly strengthens the utility val-ue of ginseng plant resources.Ginseng polysaccharide not only has the function of replacing antibiotics,but al-so can improve the production performance of animals by affecting the structure of intestinal flora,which pro-vides ideas for the selection and application of natural animal feed additives.Based on the recent research at home and abroad,the physicochemical properties,biological effects of ginseng polysaccharide and its applica-tion in animal production were briefly reviewed in this paper,which provided reference for the future research and application of ginseng polysaccharide.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(12):7626-7634]
