摘要

核桃青皮是核桃加工过程中的主要副产品,我国核桃青皮产量巨大,但是利用率较低,大部分被当作废弃物丢弃.研究表明,核桃青皮中含有丰富的氨基酸、膳食纤维、矿物质等营养物质以及萘醌、黄酮、多酚、多糖等生物活性成分,因此,开发利用核桃青皮作为畜禽饲料原料或饲料添加剂,不仅可以变废为宝,还可降低饲料成本,减少环境污染,提高畜禽生长性能,增强机体免疫和抗氧化能力,改善畜禽产品品质.本文对核桃青皮的营养价值和生物活性成分及其在动物生产中的应用现状进行了综述,旨在为核桃青皮的科学开发利用提供参考.

Abstract

Walnut green husk is the main by-product of walnut processing.The production of walnut green husk is huge in China,but the utilization rate is low,and most of it is discarded as waste.Studies have shown that walnut green husk is rich in amino acids,dietary fiber,minerals,as well as naphthoquinone,flavonoids,polyphenols,polysaccharides and other bioactive components,Therefore,the development and utilization of walnut green husk as feed raw materials or feed additives for livestock and poultry can not only turn waste into treasure,but also reduce feed costs,reduce environmental pollution,improve the growth performance of live-stock and poultry,enhance the body's immune and antioxidant capacity,and improve the quality of livestock and poultry products.In this paper,the nutritional value and bioactive components of walnut green husk and their application in animal production were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the scientific develop-ment and utilization of walnut green husk.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(12):7647-7657]
