"三个面向"、科教兴国、可持续发展、科学发展观、"九个坚持"等是中国教育强国建设进程中一系列重要指导思想.从"三个面向"到"九个坚持",不仅充分体现了教育强国建设战略理论赓续的一脉相承性和内在一致性,更体现出党对教育规律认识的不断深化和创新性发展.突出人民中心、办好人民满意的教育;"集中力量办大事",快速提升了我国的教育科技核心竞争力;"一张蓝图绘到底",保持了教育强国战略思想执行的定力.教育强国建设具有本体论、功能论、价值论三层内涵,必须坚持党性、人民性、本土性、开放性、时代性等建设原则.新时代必须完整准确理解和运用"九个坚持"这一马克思主义中国化时代化最新成果,坚持教育自信,加强党对教育的全面领导,以习近平文化思想为指引,加快高质量教育体系和教育强国建设步伐,通过立德树人、构建自主知识体系、形成新质生产力、建设世界重要教育中心,加快实现中国式教育现代化.

The three directions,the development of science and education,sustainable development,the scientific outlook on development,and the"nine perspectives"are a series of important guiding ideologies in the process of building a strong educational nation.From the"three directions"to the"nine perspectives",they not only fully reflect the succession,lineage and internal consistency of the strategic theories of building a strong educational nation,but also reflect the Party's deepening and innovative development of its understanding of the laws of education.Highlighting the people's center and doing a good job of education to the satisfaction of the people;"focusing on doing big things",which has rapidly improved the core competitiveness of China's education and science and technology;and"drawing a blueprint to the end",which maintains the strength of the implementation of the strategic idea of a strong education nation.The construction of a strong education nation has three layers of connotation:ontology,functionalism and value theory,and must adhere to the five major construction principles of party character,people's character,local character,openness and epochal character.In the new era,it is necessary to fully and accurately understand and apply the"Nine Insistences",which is the latest achievement of the modernization of Marxism,adhere to the self-confidence in education,strengthen the Party's overall leadership of education,take Xi Jinping's cultural thought as a guide,accelerate the pace of building a high-quality education system and a strong education nation,establish moral education,build an independent knowledge system,form new quality productive forces,and build a world-important education system and a strong education nation.new quality productive forces,building a world-important education center,and accelerating the modernization of Chinese-style education.
