Optimizing Resource Layout and Building a Strong Higher Education Country
In order to achieve the goal of building a strong higher education country in terms of resource layout and optimization,China needs to expand the total supply of higher education resources,promote the expansion of high-quality higher education resources,and improve the investment efficiency of higher education resources.In the context where education funding cannot grow on a large scale,the school-age population may decline year by year,and higher education has already been popularized,the focus of resource layout optimization should be on how to promote the optimization of higher education structure and quality improvement,which leads to economic and social development.Specifically,in order to achieve the goal of building a strong higher education country,China should currently focus on optimizing the structure of higher education talent cultivation and improving the capacity of graduate talent cultivation,expanding the number and layout of high-quality higher education institutions,actively expand the scale of talent cultivation in double first-class universities;accelerate the agglomeration development of higher education,adapt to the new requirements of building a world-class talent center and innovation highland;accelerate the optimization and adjustment of disciplines and majors to meet the needs of economic development and industrial structure transformation and upgrading.
