"大思政课"运行,是指"大思政课"由理念走向行动的动态过程,在课程与社会融合贯通的视角下呈现出贯通运行、协同运行和全景运行三重样态.从大中小学学段间的思政课程贯通,延伸到思政课与社会系统诸要素的全景联动,"大思政课"运行不断突破课程界限,逐步澄清其与传统思政课的理念"大""小"之论争,纾解"课""社"联动之困境,解决制度"破""立"之难题.推动"大思政课"高质量运行,应以促进师资队伍协同力、叙事力、转化力和"数智力"提升为运行赋能,锻造一支"认识同频、目标同向、行动同步"的高素质队伍;以强化问题意识和突出实践导向为运行纾困,为课程向社会有序延展提供抓手;以健全社会参与的动力激发机制、资源转化机制和支持保障机制为运行解题,从而更好实现立德树人、铸魂育人.
Realistic Pattern,Value Significance,and Path Optimization of the Operation of the Great Ideological and Political Course
The operation of the Great Ideological and Political Course refers to the dynamic process of putting the thought of the Great Ideological and Political Course into practice,which presents a multi-dimensional pattern of go-through operation,collaborative operation and panoramic operation from the perspective of the integration of curriculum and society. From the integration of ideological and political courses between universities,middle schools and primary schools,to the panoramic linkage between ideological and political courses and various elements of the social system,the operation of the Great Ideological and Political Course constantly breaks through curriculum boundaries,gradually clarifies the controversy between traditional and all-round curriculum concept,relieves the dilemma of linkage between curriculum and society and solves the conundrum between "breaking" and "establishing" curriculum system. To promote the high-quality operation of the Great Ideological and Political Course,we should enhance the synergy,narrative power,transformation power and digital intelligence of the teaching staff as operational empowerment,and forge a high-quality team of "understanding at the same frequency,goals in the same direction,and actions synchronized";strengthen problem awareness and highlight practice orientation to provide a starting point for the orderly extension of courses to the society;improve the motivation mechanism,resource transformation mechanism and support guarantee mechanism of social participation as operational solution,so as to better realize the goal of establishing morality and cultivating people.
