实现全体人民共同富裕是中国式现代化的本质要求,更是中华民族共同体对美好生活的价值追求.高等教育高质量发展旨在以高等教育之强筑牢命运共同体的实质自由,它与共同富裕在目标、价值和路径上存在深度耦合,能为经济可持续发展、筑牢人民立场、解放新质生产力汇聚奋斗能量.从赋能机理看,高等教育通过全链条知识生产拯救"赢家通吃"的消费社会,通过多态性组织竞合净化"有限游戏"的教育生态,通过高质量人才培养消弭"功绩社会"的精英傲慢,为未来的共同富裕提供持久强劲内驱力和新质生产力.从实践策略看,高等教育通过创新产学研共通共融制度驱动协同发展,通过创新学术组织驱动持续发展,通过培育人的创新基因驱动自由发展,积极培育新质生产力,以此实质性推动全体人民物质生活和精神生活迈向共同富裕.
High-quality Development of Higher Education Empowers Common Prosperity:Internal Mechanism and Practical Strategies
Achieving common prosperity for all people is an essential requirement of China's modernization with Chinese characteristics,and it is also a shared value pursuit of Chinese nation as a community of common destiny. The high-quality development of higher education aims to strengthen the substantial freedom of the community of common destiny through higher education,which is deeply intertwined with the goals,values,and paths of common prosperity. It can contribute to sustainable economic development,consolidate the people's position,and unleash the energy of new productive forces.From an empowerment perspective,higher education rescues the "winner takes all" consumer society through knowledge production across the entire chain,purifies the limited game in the educational ecosystem through diverse organizational competition,and challenges the arrogance of elites in the merit-based society through high-quality talent cultivation,providing lasting and robust internal driving forces for future common prosperity.From the perspective of practical strategies,higher education drives collaborative development by innovating the system of mutual integration of industry,academia and research,sustainable development by innovating academic organizations,and free development by cultivating individual's innovative genes. It actively cultivates new quality productivity,thereby empowering all people to move towards common prosperity in their material and spiritual life.
