Generation and Optimization Path of the Adverse Governance Mechanism for Teachers'Scientific Research Evaluation in Universities
University teachers are the backbone of academic research, their scientific research evaluation not only guides their personal academic career, but also deeply affects the development of higher education and innovation in knowledge production. Under the combined force of accelerated competition,market-oriented governance, and audit culture in the current society, university teachers' research evaluation has gone beyond the scope of pure academic activities and evolved into a self operated and driven adverse governance mechanism consisting of unified ruling, countdown devices, and reward and punishment settings. This has created a new type of power space, which implies governance forces that shape teachers' cognition, regulate their minds, and constrain their behavior, and to some extent, hinders the free exploration of academia. To optimize this adverse governance mechanism,it is necessary to adhere to the governance philosophy of research orientation and teacher development, improve a multi-center governance model, and improve the quality oriented governance process.
