The Core Essence and Analysis Paths of "the Time" in Educational History Research
In recent years,there has been a tomporal turn in western humanities and social sciences research,and time has become an important topic in contemporary theoretical research.Compared with disciplines such as philosophy,sociology,and history,educational history research has been late and less reflective of time itself,and has fallen into the dilemma of educational historical events engulfing time.In fact,in educational history research,the core meaning of time involves three aspects.From the perspective of the relationship between educational time and educational process,time is an important object of educational history research.From the perspective of the relationship between historical time and educational history periodization,time is a key dimension of educational history research.And,from the perspective of the relationship between temporality and educational history narrative,time is the main field of educational history writing. Based on this,the analysis route of time in educational history research has three paths. First,it aims to carry out educational time history research,diagnose the crisis of "time alienation" and realize the free and comprehensive development of individual. Second,it aims to establish a two-way open historical time view,accurately grasp the internal relationship among past,present and future education,and form a reasonable educational history periodization. Third,it aims to understand the continuity and discontinuity of educational history,introduce memory,and realize the integration of educational history narrative and educational history interpretation in time consciousness.
