Reflection on the "Superficialization" Phenomenon of Teachers' Enterprise Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges and its Cause Mechanism:Based on the Perspective of New Institutionalism
With the help of new institutionalism, the "institutional framework-social norms-cognitive concepts" analysis framework is constructed to explore the "superficialization" phenomena such as passive resistance, false practice, and marginal participation in the enterprise practice of teachers in higher vocational colleges at the practical level. It is found that the overly rigid institutional constraints obscure the complexity of teachers' enterprise practice, the excessive admiration of collectivism leads to the inability to give full play to the initiative of teachers in enterprise practice, and the differences in the internal identity of the three parties of enterprises, higher vocational colleges, and teachers lead to the loss of the actual value of enterprise practice. In order to enhance the effectiveness of enterprise practice of teachers in higher vocational colleges,we should break the excessive dependence on rigid systems, establish a new school-enterprise cooperation model with quality as the priority and flexibility and diversity, give full play to the coordination role of higher vocational colleges, reconcile the value constraints brought by the collectivist orientation;clarify the identity positioning of multiple subjects, and create a harmonious atmosphere from the cognitive and cultural levels.
