The Three Dimensions of Rural Grassroots Consultative Democracy Con-struction in Rural Governance
As the basic project of socialist political civilization,rural grassroots consultative democracy is a vivid prac-tice of the unique concept of democracy contained in Chinese-style modernization,bearing the mission function of embed-ding the top-level design of national governance into the rural grass-roots society.In the process of rural governance,the construction of rural grassroots consultative democracy can be comprehensively carried out from the three dimensions of subject,procedure,and mechanism,and the system of rural grassroots consultative democracy can be continuously im-proved.In the dimension of subject construction,multiple subjects such as grassroots party organizations,social organiza-tions and the masses should be linked together to form a synergistic force of consultative democracy;In terms of program construction,all aspects such as topic design,information disclosure and smooth channels should be coordinated to en-sure the standardized operation of consultative democracy;In terms of mechanism building,the organic chain of opera-tion,supervision and feedback should be established to promote the long-term development of consultative democracy.Only by constructing and developing the logical system and operation mode of rural grassroots consultative democracy from multiple dimensions can we promote this important practice form of whole-process people's democracy to release greater efficiency and show greater advantages.
