达州红军石刻遗存现状与保护利用研究

摘要
达州境内红军石刻正以惊人的速度受到人为和自然损毁,现存石刻已不足"三普"时期的三分之一.红军石刻以红军部队、党的机关和苏维埃政权镌刻为主,内容丰富,善用精炼短句,巧用俚语,情感分明,贴近群众,直抵人心.红军石刻作为革命文物,具有重要的史料价值和文化研究、宣教教育和开发利用价值.须树立科学保护理念,实施专业保护,融入生态文明建设,走综合保护、融合发展之路.
Abstract
The Red Army stone carvings in Dazhou are being man-made and naturally destroyed at an alarming rate,and the existing stone carvings are less than one-third of the"three popular"period.The stone carvings of the Red Army are mainly engraved by Red Army troops,party organs and Soviet regimes.They are rich in content,use concise short sen-tences,skillfully use slang,have clear emotions,close to the masses,and reach the hearts of the people.As a revolutionary cultural relic,Red Army stone carvings have important historical value and cultural research,education,development and utilization value.It is necessary to establish the concept of scientific protection,implement professional protection,inte-grate into the construction of ecological civilization,and take the road of comprehensive protection and integrated develop-ment.
