N-doped Hyper-crosslinked Polymer Enhanced nZVI Removal of Cr(Ⅵ)from Wastewater
N-doped hyper-crosslinked polymer(HCP-Py)was prepared using pyrrole(Py)as a monomer,1,2-dichloro-ethane(DCE)as a solvent and formaldehyde dimethyl acetal(FDA)as a crosslinking agent.Obtain HCP-Py@Fe(9:1)by loading nZVI with different mass scores.Under the conditions of initial pH value of 2.0,dosage of 0.75 g/L,temperature of 25℃and rotation speed of 160 rpm,the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)by HCP-Py@Fe(9:1)reached 99%,and the removal amount reached 125.85 mg·g-1.The kinetic experiment results show that the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)by HCP-Py@Fe(9:1)conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model, and the adsorption process was chemisorption. The experimental re-sults showed that the use of iron in HCP-Py@Fe(9:1)was low,and the amine group in the organic backbone facilitates the adsorption of Cr(VI)under low pH conditions, while the Cr(Ⅵ)was removed by synergistic reduction of iron species. These results provide some insight into the study of Cr(Ⅵ)removal by Fe-based N-doped hyper-crosslinked polymers.
