Exploration of Multiple Teaching Models for Operations Management Courses
Under the guidance of the construction concept of"new engineering,new agriculture,new medicine,and new humanities",the teaching mode of operation management courses should innovate teaching thinking and methods,and change with the development of enterprises and changes in information technology.Operations management is a high-ly practical course,and the traditional teaching mode of management courses is mainly based on lecture methods,supple-mented by enterprise case studies.For students,knowledge points are abstract and difficult to understand,making it diffi-cult to combine theory with practice solely relying on traditional teaching methods.Therefore,it is necessary to explore var-ious teaching modes of operation management courses to achieve teaching objectives and improve the quality of talent cul-tivation.The exploration and implementation of multiple teaching modes in the operation management course aims to cul-tivate students with morality,build a learning community for teachers and students,and combine online and offline teach-ing,competition and education integration,school enterprise cooperation,and other blended teaching methods with the In-ternet.This will reshape the teaching mode of the course,enhance the teaching effectiveness of operation management,help students form a broad and comprehensive worldview,and cultivate composite and applied economic management tal-ents for the country and society.
