The Impact of Depressive Tendencies on Primary School Teachers'Sense of Meaning in Life:the Mediating Role of Psychological Capital
286 primary school teachers were evaluated using three questionnaires.In order to Verify the negative im-pact of primary school teachers'depressive tendencies on their sense of meaning in life,as well as the mediating role of psychological capital between the two.It is turned up that primary school teachers have severe depression problems,and their tendency towards depression is significantly negatively correlated with their level of psychological capital and sense of meaning in life;Their psychological capital has a significant positive correlation with sense of meaning in life,and plays a partial mediating role between depression tendency and sense of meaning in life(the mediating effect value is-0.334,ac-counting for 60%of the total effect).So primary school leaders should promptly focus on intervening in their depression,helping them to overcome difficulties,cultivating their resilience to overcome setbacks and losses,resulting in enhancing their sense of happiness in life and work.
