摘要
建设东出北上国际陆港枢纽是省委对达州重新赋予的战略定位.达州建设国际陆港枢纽的现有基础比较坚实,但也面临诸多困难与短板,必须着力破解面临的突出问题:狠抓宣传发动和思想引领;理清发展思路,突出顶层设计和战略规划;聚焦重点部位,强化关键支撑;锚定物流核心,培育陆港物流产业集群;重视环境支持和政策保障.
Abstract
The construction of an international land ports forward the east or the north is a strategic positioning re-en-dowed by the provincial Party Committee to Dazhou.Dazhou has a solid foundation for the construction of an internation-al land ports,but it also faces many difficulties and shortcomings.It must focus on solving the outstanding problems:pay attention to publicity and ideological guidance;Clarify development ideas,highlight top-level design and strategic planning;Focus on key parts,strengthen key support;Anchor the logistics core and cultivate the land port logistics industrial cluster;Attach importance to environmental support and policy guarantees.
