摘要
川陕革命根据地的法制建设,是土地革命战争时期法制建设的重要组成部分,在政权建设、社会稳定、政权巩固、社会整合等层面进行了有益的法制探索,具有层级分明、善于斗争、因地制宜、注重民主、重视宣传等特点,对新时代中国特色社会主义法治建设具有重要的现实启示意义.
Abstract
The construction of the legal system in the Sichuan-Shaanxi revolutionary base areas is an important part of the legal system construction during the agrarian Revolutionary War.It has carried out beneficial legal exploration in the as-pects of political power construction,social stability,political power consolidation,social integration,etc.It has the charac-teristics of clear hierarchy,good at struggle,adapting to local conditions,emphasizing democracy,and attaching impor-tance to publicity.It has important practical significance for the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese character-istics in the new era.
