Integration of Corrections and Punishments:The Practice Path of Optimizing the Concept of Juvenile Criminal Misconduct
The juvenile delinquency treatment system originated from the optimization and reform of juvenile"wel-farism"and"responsibility"and the evolution and development of the juvenile protection and disposal system.Education and punishment are important means of dealing with juveniles who have committed crimes,and in practice,the two should not be misunderstood in parallel and lead to a game of choice,It leads to a deviation between the interests of society and mi-nors.However,the commonality between education and punishment is the logical basis for the optimization of the concept of juvenile criminal and wrongful behavior.The integration of"corrections and punishments"is a logical approach that is in line with the development of the theory and practice of the treatment of juveniles who have committed crimes,which is con-ducive to making up for the deviations in the practice of education and punishment,and providing a new practical path for the treatment of juveniles'criminal and misconduct.
