韩国多元文化教育实践对我国留学生课堂改革的启示

摘要
韩国多元文化教育是一种教育理念和实践,是实现多元文化社会宏伟蓝图的一种方略,旨在促进韩国社会对不同文化和民族背景的人们的包容性和理解,形成韩国的民族融合和国家的发展.分析韩国多元教育文化的内容及经费投入情况,归纳韩国多元文化取得的成就,得出韩国多元文化教育实践对我国来华留学生课程思政改革的启示.对如何改革与建设留学生课堂,培养具有全球视野的国际公民,有效促进"一带一路"和"人类命运共同体的"的建设,具有很强的启示.
Abstract
Multicultural education in Korea is an educational philosophy and practice,a strategy to realize the grand blueprint of a multicultural society,aiming to promote inclusiveness and understanding of Korean society towards people of different cultures and ethnic backgrounds,and to form the national integration of Korea and the development of the country.We analyze the content and funding of Korea's multicultural education and culture,summarize the achievements of Korean multiculturalism,and draw the implications of Korea's multicultural education practices for the reform of inter-national students'curricula in China in terms of ideology and politics.It has strong inspiration on how to reform and build international students'classrooms,cultivate international citizens with global vision,and effectively promote the construc-tion of"One Belt,One Road"and"Community of Human Destiny".
