Bidirectional Embedded Governance:The Theoretical Logic and Practical Patterns of New Rural Collective Economy Promoting the Efficiency of Ru-ral Governance——Based on the Case Study of Village D in Dazhou
The rural collective economy plays a positive role in rural revitalization and rural social development.Em-beddedness Theory posits that rural governance and the rural collective economy have transitioned from high integration to one-way embeddedness,de-embeddedness,and two-way embeddedness. This paper establishes a bidirectional analyti-cal framework for bidirectional embedding in the context of rural collective economy and rural governance. In the case of Village D in Dazhou, the rural collective economy is embedded in rural governance from the aspects of culture, cognition, structure, resources, and technology, and as a result, the efficiency and effectiveness of rural governance have been im-proved from the three dimensions of factor guarantee, economic interest and organizational structure. The rural gover-nance system is embedded in the rural collective economy through the subject, resources and goals, which promotes the sustainable development of the collective economy and lays an economic foundation for efficient rural governance.
