Rural revitalization from the perspective of ecological civilization is to change the traditional development model of destroying the ecological environment in exchange for improving the level of economic development.Emphasiz-ing the coordinated development of economic construction and ecological environmental protection,the environmental im-pact assessment of construction projects is one of the important measures to protect the ecological environment.Taking as an example the newly built machine-made sand farm of Dazhou Shuanghuo Building Materials located in Maliu Town,one of the key development areas of rural revitalization in northeast Sichuan,this paper evaluates the impact of the ma-chine-made sand farm on the rural atmospheric environment,surface water environment,acoustic environment and eco-logical environment,etc.,and puts forward corresponding environmental problem prevention measures and management suggestions,which is of great practical significance in promoting the development of green economy and building eco-friendly villages.
