The history books such as Tsinghua Bamboo Slips"Xinian","Bamboo Annals","Guoyu"and"Shiji"are all related to the period from the fall of the West Zhou Dynasty to the founding of the East Zhou Dynasty.It seems that the similar or complementary relationship of events can be found in the connection with the events described in several texts,and this similar and complementary relationship can also help to re-infer the changes of the West Zhou and the East Zhou Dynasty.Based on the Tsinghua Bamboo Slips"Xinian",combined with the"Bamboo Annals","Guoyu","Zuozhuan"and"Shiji"and other historical books,this paper is attempted to restore the political changes in the West Zhou and the East Zhou Dynasty,and chronicle the relevant historical events.
