In the era of network generalization,people as subjects exhibit a chaotic phenomenon of losing their subject spirit in social practice,cognitive judgment,and institutional regulations.The main reasons for such loss are the negative impact of digital information science and technology,social environment,weak self-cultivation,insufficient network legal rules and ethical norms.The dilemma of losing subject spirit in the era of network generalization can be solved through self-regulation,external regulation,or passive learning.
